On the occasion of the centenary of the House of fashion, BMW Italy and Trussardi celebrate this important event and creating a unique setting in a limited edition for the BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo. This car was born from the union of two companies that lead innovation, research, style and uncompromising quality of their main vocation. The BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo is a car that meets all these criteria and offers the superior style of a car.
BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo designed and produced in limited edition style by Trussardi, have been designed new exterior finishes and a new interior precious. For the exterior color was chosen a unique, warm tone and metallic brown feature called “Heraldic Brown.” The coating has three layers and change the body color gradation in accordance with its exposure to light.
The Trussardi logo, a Greyhound inside a coat of arms, adorns the exterior - on the front fender and at the sides below the indicator lights, to further identify this special display.
Inside, the cabin is finished in Leather Glove Beige with a stitching inspired by a classic Trussardi glove design and more Trussardi logos on the headrest and center console.
The fashion-house outfitting is available on all four variants of the BMW 5-Series GT. Aside from the 530d xDrive seen here, the Trussardi finish can be had on the 535d, 535i, and 550i, either with or without xDrive. The permanent four wheel drive with electronic control ensures the correct distribution of power in all driving conditions. The fast and accurate control of the motor gives this luxury sedan is a perfectly safe behavior and incomparable in all circumstances.
No details on pricing or how many units of this limited edition will be available were announced.
